• managing client relationships effectively
• all elements of operational management
• adopting a cooperative manner and performing organized, multi-task work
• running meetings and presentations
• leading people with experience
• supporting new business activities

Job requirements:

• a relevant degree
• minimum 3-5 years of agency experience both on ATL + BTL
• fluency in English
• ability to work under pressure and managing multiple task effectively
• international account experience at an agency is a must
• being open-minded and inspiring for the team, the creatives and the client
• being flexible, confident, trustworthy and able to work independently
• having a good judgement on both strategic and creative work and an ambition to achieve outstanding results
• enjoying challenges and having a good sense of humor
